Those Acts and the regulations apply in the manner stipulated in that Agreement, in the Administrative Arrangement for the application of the Agreement, signed in Québec on 18 September 2008 and attached as Schedule 2, and the Supplemental Administrative Arrangement concerning mutual renunciation, signed in Québec on 18 September 2008 and attached as Schedule 3.
